With a focus on food education, we're here to guide you through preparation methods, offer diverse recipes, and share insights into whole-animal butchery. Choosing us means investing in higher quality and convenience. We founded our original location inside the Denver Central Market in 2016.  As we continued to grow, we opened our first brick and mortar shop in 2019 in the Park Hill neighborhood (Oneida Park).  Our Oneida Park store was always the dream.  A stand alone brick and mortar butcher shop, you can find nearly any cut of meat you want, and most of the ingredients to make those cuts reach their potential in your kitchen.

Fast forward a few years and in 2026 we continued our journey and opened our largest store in the Virginia Village neighborhood and expanded our offerings to include house-made deli sandwiches.  Everything from our take on a classic turkey sandwich to a delicious Italian, we slice every meat to order to keep it as fresh as possible.
