It's time to reserve your turkey!  We recommend one pound per adult, which will give you a little bit of leftovers (we love leftovers).  We will pre-brine turkeys on a first come, first serve basis for an additional $25.  If you would rather brine your turkey yourself, we offer brine kits for $10, with all the spices measured, and instructions to give you the juiciest turkey you've ever cooked.  Any questions, give us a call and we can ensure you get your holiday meal dialed in just right.    
 
Turkey Info: This year we are offering broad breasted, all natural, turkeys from Barber's Farms.  $4.99/pound.
 
ALSO, we are taking reservations for 9" fresh baked pies from Hinman Bakery again, but with more options!  This year we have pumpkin, apple, pecan and salted maple.  Pies will be available for pickup starting Tuesday the 25th, so plan accordingly.  Pies are $30.99.
